Kingfish Discography

Kingfish were formed toward the end of 1973. The original line-up of the group was Dave Torbert, Matthew Kelly, Robbie Hoddinott, Mick Ward and Chris Herold. After Mike Ward died in a car crash the group toured as a quartet. Bob Weir started sitting in with the group at Bay Area gigs in 1974 and joined the group in the Summer of that year. Weir left the group in 1977. Kingfish continued touring until the death of Dave Torbert in 1983. In 1984 Kelly and Weir formed the All New Kingfish Review. In 1986 the Kingfish name was used again. Bob Weir joined the group for a number of shows in 1986 and 1987. Since then Matthew Kelly has toured with varying line-ups using the Kingfish name.
