Jerry Garcia Band discography
Jerry Garcia first used the group name Jerry Garcia Band in September 1975 for the group that comprised Garcia, John Kahn, Nicky Hopkins and Ron Tutt. The first recording to be credited to the Jerry Garcia Band was Cats Under The Stars in 1978. From Sept 1975 through to 1995 the name was used for all line-ups of electric bands led by Garcia. The personnel varied through the years with Garcia and Kahn being the only ever-present members. Bill Kreutzmann, Keith Godchaux and Donna Godchaux of the Grateful Dead were band members for short periods.
