Dear Mr Fantasy

Dear Mr Fantasy was first performed by the Grateful Dead in June 1984. It was a feature song for Brent Mydland as was last performed in July 1990. The song always occurred in the second set of shows and from 1988 onward it often, but not always, finished with a Hey Jude finale.

The version of Dear Mr. Fantasy on The Last Great Traffic Jam filmed on the 1994 Traffic US tour features Jerry Garcia on guitar.
