Why Don't You Love Me?
Composer: Hank Williams

Why Don't You Love Me? was played by Jerry Garcia with Elvis Costello and Friends during the Elvis Costello show on April 24, 1989 at the Sweetwater, Mill Valley.

The song was written by Hank Williams at the end of the 1940's and first recorded in January 1950. It was released on a single in May 1950 and reached #1 in the Country & Western charts.

The song sometimes occurs as 'Why Don't You Love Me Like You Used To' or as 'Why Don't You Love Me (Like You Used To)' on some recordings but on the original single and the majority of other recordings the title is 'Why Don't You Love Me?'.
