Jerry Garcia / John Kahn duo
Jerry Garcia and John Kahn performed together as a duo over 60 times between 1982 and 1989. The majority of these shows were in 1982, 1984, 1985 and 1986. They played only one show, with Bob Weir guesting, in 1989 and did not play at all in 1983, 1987 and 1988. All Garcia/Kahn duo shows were acoustic performances with Jerry Garcia on acoustic guitar and vocals and John Kahn on stand-up double bass.
