Public Nuisance Discography
Public Nuisance were formed in Sacramento in 1967. Prior to this the majority of the group were in a garage band called Moss & The Rocks. Public Nuisance performed at many Bay Area venues, regularly opening for major groups. The line-up of the group was David Houston (guitar, keyboards, harmonic), Jim Mathews (guitar, vocals), Pat Minter (bass, vocals) and Ron McMaster (drums, vocals). The group recorded for Fantasy in 1967 but no recordings were released. In 1968 they signed a recording contract with Equinox and during 1968 and 1969 recorded material for an album but again nothing was released. The group disbanded in 1970. A double CD of material primarily from the 1968-69 recordings was eventually released in 2002. This CD also includes earlier recordings and tracks by Moss & The Rocks.
