Cold Blood Discography
Cold Blood were formed in San Francisco in the late 1960's. Their powerful R&B and soul influenced rock made them a popular group in Bay Area venues such as the Avalon and Winterland. They signed for Bill Graham's San Francisco label in 1969 and released their first album that year. After their second LP for San Francisco they signed with Warner/Reprise. Four further albums followed. The group disbanded in the late 1970's. The band reunited in the late 1980's and again in the mid 1990's. The second reunion led to a more permanent line-up. A CD of archive live material was released in 2001 and the first Cold Blood studio album for 29 years was released in 2005.
