Rainbow Ballroom, Fresno Discography

This is a discography of albums recorded at the Rainbow Ballroom in Fresno.

The Rainbow Ballroom is located at 1725 Broadway in Fresno. The building was completed in 1918 and was originally the Fresno Natatorium. The Rainbow Ballroom presented shows by local, national and international bands throughout the 1967 to 1972 period including performances by Santana, Big Brother & The Holding Company and Fleetwood Mac. The venue is still used for music events.

Ellington Uptown, Duke Ellington And His Orchestra, 1952

One track on this album was recorded live at the Rainbow Ballroom in February 1952. This album was also released with a slightly different track list as Hi-Fi Ellington Uptown.
