Mother's, San Francisco

Mother's was a short lived club opened by Tom Donahue on Broadway in the North Beach area of San Francisco in 1965. The club is now remembered as one of the first pschedelic clubs in the Bay Area

The building at 412 Broadway was home to a number of music venues over the years including The Moulin Rouge, Mr. D's, The Seven Divinities, The Soul Train and The Hippodrome and the Stone.
