The Electric Company were formed at Menlo College in the Bay Area probably in early 1966. They released only one single which has subsequently been included on a number of compilations. Dana Morgan who was the original bass player with the pre-Grateful Dead Warlocks was the groups bass player. The other group members were: Dick Fletcher (guitar and vocals), John Glazier (guitar), Craig Parker (organ) and Dick Sidman (drums).
