All Things Must Pass
Composer: George Harrison

All Things Must Pass was performed by Phil Lesh with the Terrapin Family Band in 2014.

All Things Must Pass was written by George Harrison after spending time with The Band in 1968. He suggested it as a possible song for inclusion on what was to become the Let It Be album but it was not recorded by the Beatles. Harrison recorded a solo demo of the song in early 1969 which was later released on the Beatles collection Anthology 3.

The song was first released on the Billy Preston album Encouraging Words in September 1969 and then on the Harrison album All Things Must Pass.
