Motorpsycho

A 4 LP collection of early Motorpsycho recordings. The set includes the album Lobotomizer (1991), the mini-album Soothe (1992) and two additional LPs with the title Becoming Motorpsycho: Juvenilia, Oddities And Artefacts From The Vaults, 1990-1993. One of the additional LPs includes a cover of the Grateful Dead song Mason's Children which was originally released on a compilation in 1993. The inner packaging of the Salad Days set includes a Robert Hunter quote.

The cover of Mason's Children was originally released on the Comin' Down Fast compilation in 1993. On this compilation the song was given the title Manson's Children and credited to just J. Garcia. On the Salad Days set the Mason's Children title is restored and credits are Garcia, Weir, Lesh and Hunter.

The cover of Mason's Children was recorded some time in the winter of 1992/93.
